The Royal Atlantis Residences is nestled among the breath-taking waters of Palm Jumeirah will projecting some very impressive architecture. The building features hotel and residential options over two towers 37 and 43 storeys, 185 metres above sea level.

The property is also said to have live event spaces, luxury fine-dining outlets, as well as the region's leading nightclub White among many other entertainment units.

One at Palm Jumeirah by Omniyat

One at Palm Jumeirah is another one of the region's most on-demand property. Launched by Omniyat, as of December 2020 this high-end project successfully featured elegant interiors as curated by International Architectural firm - super potato. Super Potato was founded by Sugimoto and SOMA architects, and Vladimir Djurovic.

The Hotel features residences from Floors 19 through to 47 featuring 432 fully-furnished units. As of recently, the property was even branded by prestige as one of the eight most expensive penthouses in the world. Among the expansive list of the building's amenities feature an indoor cinema, a 100-metre private beach as well as a beach club.

Palm Tower, By Nakheel

This Palm-tree inspired tower, developed by Nakheel Properties, is set to open its doors very soon. With extensive water views from every unit in the building, this has worked its way up to be an on-demand property.

Consecutively, the property is generously complemented by high-end home automation systems, in-built home appliances and endless luxury amenities. The 52-storey skyscraper is reported to be 95% completed, and is set to launch this year featuring residential units from floors 19 to 47 starting from AED 1.7 million.

The project also features a diverse range of dining, leisure and wellness options including the AURA skypool, SUSHISAMBA restaurant as well as the building's signature observation deck.
